Raju Srivastava, one of India’s most well-known comedians, was born on December 25, 1963, into a middle-class family in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. He was both a politician and an actor. His father, Ramesh Chandra Srivastava, was a poet who worked for the government and was fondly referred to as Balai Kaka.
Many of his followers were shocked to learn that Raju Srivastava’s real name was Satya Prakash Srivastava. However, the comedian was also affectionately referred to as Raju Bhaiya and Gajodhar Bhaiya.

Raju Srivastava obtained a few tiny film parts after relocating to Mumbai. He played his debut Bollywood part in the 1988 film Tezaab. The comedian garnered a lot of cheers for the small part he had in the movie.
In addition, he appeared in a number of other Bollywood films, including Maine Pyaar Kiya, Baazigar, Abhay, Big Brother, and Aamdani Atthani Kharcha Rupaiyaa, among others, in small roles. Raju Srivastava also participated actively in politics. When the star entered politics, he had already achieved considerable success in the comic world. When he was chosen by the Samajwadi Party to represent Kanpur in the Lok Sabha in 2014, he entered politics. Raju returned the ticket because he wasn’t happy with the party’s local affiliates’ support. When Raju Srivastava joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in 2014, the situation changed in his favor. Additionally, the Hon. Prime Minister Narendra Modi included the comedy as a key component of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
