Raju Srivastava, one of India’s most well-known comedians, was born on December 25, 1963, into a middle-class family in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. He was both a politician and an actor. His father, Ramesh Chandra Srivastava, was a poet who worked for the government and was fondly referred to as Balai Kaka.
